All Orders Come With 30 Day Return Warranty

Our customer support representatives will provide you with our return address.

Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Our customer service will always give our customers the finest service possible. 

If you received a damaged item, please contact us and send us a clear photo showing the damaged item. 

Note: The product picture may differ from the actual product due to external variables such as equipment and screen brightness.

How can I return?

Please give us a clear photo or video of the problem if the item is damaged, inaccurate, or not as described.

Please keep the image size under 2 MB. 

Our suggestions are as follows: 

1. AXCID's obligation 
If our company is to blame, we will accept a return to our warehouse for a refund or exchange, and after we get the item, we will either compensate you or ship a replacement at no cost to you. 

2.Customer responsibility 
If a client orders the wrong size, product, or just wishes to exchange it, we can accept a return. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for an exchange, and we will reimburse the original product cost after the returned item is received. There are no refunds on delivery expenses.

Warranty notes

Our guarantee does not cover 

swimwear, lingerie, jewelry, clearance items, or any other reduced items unless AXCID made a mistake. 

If AXCID makes a mistake, we will always work with you to address the problem. 

All returned products must be brand new, unused/unworn, unwashed, and in their original packing, with all tags and packaging intact. 

Timeframe for compensation We will require 3-6 business days to handle returned or exchanged products after receiving them. After that, the refund period is as follows: 

-Refunds to Paypal accounts might take up to 48 hours. 
-Refunds on credit cards take 7-14 business days. 
-Refunds in your wallet might take up to 24 hours.

Before returning the items, please contact our customer care department; do not return the goods on your own! Please contact us during the hours of 00:00-03:30 and 19:30--24:00 Monday through Friday (american est) 

If the return is due to the consumer's fault, the consumer shall bear the cost of shipping.

If the items received are damaged or incorrect for reasons beyond our control, the consumer is not responsible for the shipping costs.

Consumers will not be charged a restocking fee if they return a product.
